Recipe Numero Uno: BROWNIES!!

First, let's go over the meaning of "cooking" in college.
  • Creating original recipes is wonderful... to dream about, and maybe will happen in the future! But for now I am a reviewer and at most a variator, since there is homework to do, and no money to spend, so, fancy, shmancy!
  • Every finished product can find a better version in your kitchen! The ovens here are... interesting, and so is my attention span, so just imagine the outcome about +20% more wonderful and you have the real thing!

Anyways, BROWNIES!

This recipe is the most simple thing to make ever. Which doesn't happen too often in the vegiverse, as most pre-made mixes contain animal something or other. Sad... but here comes Gerhadelli! My dearest! Which does ask us to add egg, but I know when it says egg, it really means apple sauce and baking powder. (Suddenly reminded of 'business time' from Flight of the Concords... anyone? Just me? Alright.)

I think these are the first vegan brownies I have made. They are certainly the first ones I have made in a muffin tin! While this was our only option, it was also an awesome one. They cooked just fine and came out like little adorable brownie cakes! Your non-vegan specialist, the Floridian, loved them just as much as I did. And so did a few other people who wandered in and made us wish we had closed the kitchen door (Sharing? Psht!). They are easy, delicious, and are BROWNIES, so yesyesyes, make them!

Follow this model:

1. Buy this, along with the ingredients it asks for (whichever egg substitution you like best, apple sauce worked well for us!).

2. Follow the directions. Use a muffin tin?

3. NOMS!

That's it! Enjoy, and keep them in a non-obvious place so that you don't eat them all at once. Unless that's what you're into.
